Guest cancellation made between 0-24 hrs prior to a tour will incur 100% cancellation fee
Guest cancellation made 48 hrs prior to a tour 50% cancellation fee
Cancellation outside of these hours 100% refund provided or deposit refunded if not paid in full
Upon receiving your refund request, our reservations team will look into the request and seek approval from our accounts team. Once approved, we will fill in a credit note and forward it to the bank to assist in processing the refund. A refund will be credited back into the same credit card that you use to settle payments. And refund will take up to 5 or 7 working days to be credited back into your account.
